The Henderson Medal is the highest individual honor awarded in the Ballarat Football Netball League , recognising the league’s fairest and best player each season. Named in honour of the esteemed football administrator William “Bill” Henderson, the medal has a rich history of celebrating the league’s most outstanding talent.
The Henderson Medal has become a symbol of excellence, sportsmanship, and dedication to the game. Past winners include some of the most revered players in the Ballarat Football Netball League , each leaving their mark on the competition through skill, leadership, and consistency.
The medal continues to uphold the values of fairness and elite performance, serving as one of the most prestigious accolades in country football. Winning the Henderson Medal cements a player’s legacy in the history of the Ballarat Football Netball League.
